These terms describe Vicindo job notifications, the text messages sent through Vicindo. Vicindo is operated by Aponte Enterprises LLC, doing business as Vicindo.
Who sends these messages
Businesses that use Vicindo send these texts to their own workers about jobs. A business may only text a mobile number when that person has agreed to receive job-related text messages from it (Terms of Service, section 5a). Messages identify the business they come from. Vicindo sends every business's texts from one toll-free number.
What you'll receive
- Job offers: a job you could take, with when and where it is, and how to answer.
- Job updates: for example, that you've been assigned, or that a job was filled, changed or cancelled.
Message frequency varies with the business's jobs. No marketing messages are sent.
Stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from Vicindo. Because every business's texts come from the same number, this stops texts from every business that uses Vicindo, not just the one that sent the message. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more texts after that.
- You'll still get job emails.
- To get texts again, text START to the same number, then turn texts back on from your worker page (the link in any job email).
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@vicindo.com.
Costs and delivery
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number
Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in information are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. They are used only to deliver the job messages a business sends and to handle replies and opt-outs. See our Privacy Policy (section 4a).
