Questions
Do my workers need an app?
No. They get an email with the job and tap Respond to answer. Each worker also gets a private page for their offers, assigned jobs and availability. No account or password.
Can I import my roster?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet (CSV). Duplicates are skipped.
Does Vicindo replace my scheduling software?
No. It works alongside it. Vicindo finds and confirms the right person; your other tools keep running the schedule, payroll and billing.
Who can see my workers’ addresses?
Only your team, based on the roles you give them (Owner, Admin, Member). Workers never see each other’s details.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Choose a plan to keep going. No card is needed to start, and you can cancel anytime.
